On December 25, 2021, together with our brand launch we released the first eight designs from our F/W 2021-22 Limited Collection: The Night Lights of Seoul.

The concept was developed around the definition of color, as how the human eye perceives light. Scientifically speaking, color as a function of the human visual system and a result of wavelengths of light reflected into our eyes — but more importantly, color as a unique experience gifted to the mind of the beholder.

Without light, there is no color. It is light that brings to life what we see and feel, and also light that transforms the pitch-dark night sky so dazzlingly bright and beautiful. It is exhilarating to be able to witness what light can bring into darkness, especially in an urban setting like the bustling streets of Seoul.

In our designs we present light in speed, altitude, diffusion, and lens flare, inspired by the city of Seoul. There are not many places like Seoul where the lights never go out, and shine even brighter into the night. "A city that never goes to sleep" may indeed be an accurate description of Seoul, as featured in media sources worldwide.
